Germany vs sweden reddit

broken image

In terms of bigger cities Berlin has a lot of opportunities for everyone. In bigger cities you rarely will need cash but it's always good to have a bit in your wallet. 'Everything' is in person and paper, not as much online as in Sweden. If you move to Germany expect a shit ton more bureaucracy. Sweden is more family and child friendly and a bit more focused on Gender equality but Germany's systems are alright as well. Renting (housing overall) can be quite a bit easier than Stockholm. From my experience (lived in hamburg before) Germany has higher pay ranges for software developers.
